Our Story
Draft Mechanical Ltd was founded in 2013 to give builders a mechanical partner who understands construction schedules, site coordination, and inspection requirements. Our team cut its teeth on multi-family developments throughout the Lower Mainland and quickly earned a reputation for tight scope control and dependable workmanship.
Today we deliver coordinated plumbing, heating, gas, and HVAC packages for multi-family, custom residential, tenant improvement, and amenity projects. Every scope is led by in-house Red Seal trades supported by project managers who remain on-site through rough-in, inspection, and turnover.
We are proud to partner with developers and general contractors who value safety leadership, transparent communication, and mechanical rooms built for long-term reliability.
